Booking
After your reservation you will receive a pre-confirmation email, in which we will request a payment of 50% of the total amount of the nights, by bank transfer.
After the payment of this amount, your reservation will be confirmed again by email.
The remaining amount must be payed in the same way up to 2 days before your check-in.
Cancelation
Your reservation can be canceled, without taxes, until the 14 days before the check-in date.
The refund of the amount already paid will be made by bank transfer. For the transaction it will be necessary to provide your IBAN.

Fees and Obligations
On all the reservations made through our web site, the City Tourist Tax, is not included and will be charged on the second payment. This tax is € 2.00 per person, per night. Children under the age of 13 are excluded.
All guests will be asked for some personal data that will be shared with the Foreigners and Boarders Service.
Rules
The invoice will be issued at the end of the stay. If you wish to include a VAT number, please let us know by the check-in date.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Parties are not allowed.
We accept media/marketing productions after evaluating the purpose of the campaign.
