About 10 minutes from our building, you can find  the Convent that once belonged to the Order of Agostinhos Ermitas and was built in 1147, having been recovered after the Lisbon earthquake in 1755.

In Largo da Graça, next to the Church, there is a terrace at the Sightseeing of Graça, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city.

The sightseeing is located in front of the Capela de Nossa Senhora do Monte. From there, you can see, to the south, the Tagus River, the São Jorge Castle, and much of the city, as far as the Monsanto Forest Park.

One of the oldest working villages in the city. It was built over the Condes de Vale dos Reis palace in 1889. It housed the workers of the João Luiz de Sousa Factory.
