Located in one of the most traditional districts of Lisbon, Cozy Lisbon Graça building is a 19th century construction completely renovated in 2017. The building consists of 6 apartments totally devoted to the union between Traditional Portuguese Design and Contemporary Architecture.Graça building also has the particularity of including a shared garden between all our apartments.

Bairro da Graça is located in a privileged area of the city, where we can easily see the Tagus River and reach the city center via the emblematic Tram 28. In the neighborhood there are also several monuments such as the Church of Santa Engrácia, the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, or the Convento da Graça. Very close to Alfama district and the picturesque Castelo de São Jorge, it will make it easy to visit several monuments by foot and experience the essence of Lisbon's culture.

Booking

After your reservation you will receive an with all the details about your booking and payment.

Your reservation value will be taken from the credit card 14 day before your arrival. 

Cancelation

Your reservation can be canceled, without fees, until the 14 days before the check-in date.

​

The refund of the amount will be done on the same method you used for the payment. For credit cards it can take up to 13 days.

​

There are special policies for cancelations due to sickness.

Fees and obligations

On all the reservations made through our web site, it's included the City Tourist Tax. This tax is € 2.00 per person, per night. Children under the age of 13 are excluded. 

​

All guests will be asked for some personal data that will be shared with the Service of Boarders and Foreigners.

​

Rules

The invoice will be issued at the end of the stay. If you wish to include a VAT number, please let us know by the check-in date.
